Our Story

We built Yey after watching our own family's construction company struggle with the same problems year after year: workers not showing up, documents expiring without notice, labor inspections that caused panic instead of confidence.

The software that existed was either built for multinationals (too complex, too expensive) or for other industries entirely. Construction has its own rhythms — multilingual crews, posted workers from multiple countries, temporary contracts, physical sites with no desk workers.
