Our Story
We built Yey after watching our own family's construction company struggle with the same problems year after year: workers not showing up, documents expiring without notice, labor inspections that caused panic instead of confidence.
The software that existed was either built for multinationals (too complex, too expensive) or for other industries entirely. Construction has its own rhythms — multilingual crews, posted workers from multiple countries, temporary contracts, physical sites with no desk workers.
Yey is purpose-built for this reality. We're a small team of builders who care deeply about the people who build Europe's cities. We ship fast, listen to customers, and keep the product simple enough that a foreman can use it on their phone between tasks.
